3.) all editorial content broadcast on or from the site with the exception of those who have contributed to the site.
4.) the internationally registered verbal and graphic Allegro Multimedia and Piano Wizard trademarks.
You are reminded that, unless otherwise indicated, access to this web sites do not grant you any intellectual property rights to the elements of the sites. You agree to obey and enforce all intellectual property rights relative to all elements of this site, particularly the musical works marketed on the site.
ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA pledges to obey and enforce the recognized rights of all those who hold rights to the musical works marketed on its site.

2.) identify the specific activity of ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA that is grounds for violation
3.) include any proof that you hold rights to the work in question
4.) indicate your address so that we can reply as soon as possible
5.) should your complaint prove justified, ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA pledges to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

II. SECURITY
ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA pledges to abide by certain principles regarding the personal data that you provide to us. For more information, please refer to our privacy statement. Bank information provided on and via the site for the purpose of electronic payment is confidential. ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA pledges to use the necessary and adequate means to prevent any intrusion and fraudulent use by third parties, particularly hacking, cracking, and bombing. Despite these efforts, ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA cannot guarantee your full security in terms of maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data.

V. GUARANTEE / WARRANTY
The Customer agrees to provide ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA with correct and pertinent information regarding his identity, address, and bank data, the country in which he is requesting to obtain the Files, and any other related information. Should the Customer fail to fulfill this obligation, ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA reserves the right to terminate the agreement binding it to the Customer. Should this occur, ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA agrees to inform the Customer of termination by e-mail as soon as possible. ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA guarantees to the Customer that the MIDI Files shall comply with the terms of the Order. If the Files do not comply, ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA agrees to remedy the problem with the delivery of File downloads that comply with the Order.
VI. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
The Website and/or Service is available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Website and/or Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you do not have authorization to use the Website and/or Service without permission from a parent or legal guardian. You understand and acknowledge that you may not register for, access, or use the Website and/or Service from countries other than the United States. You agree to abide by the applicable United States export control laws and any other applicable laws, rules and/or regulations with respect to the Service and Download Titles.
VII. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO CASE SHALL ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGE OR LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFIT CAUSED BY IT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE ORDER PLACED BY THE CUSTOMER WITH ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA IN EXCHANGE FOR THE ORDER. ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA DOES NOT PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE NECESSARY TO USE THE FILES. ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA IS IN NO WAY LIABLE TO THE CUSTOMER FOR ERRORS IN THE INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE WORKS WHICH APPEAR IN THE FILES. IN NO CASE SHALL THE LIABILITY OF ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PRICE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. ALLEGRO MULTIMEDIA NOTES THAT SOME LEGISLATION MAY CONSIDER THE AFOREMENTIONED LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY INEFFECTIVE AGAINST CUSTOMERS.
